The Burgwin-Wright House is excited to welcome local artist, Gwen Renee Pikul, for her solo show "Color Quartet: One Artist – Four Mediums."

Gwen Renee is a self-taught artist and has always loved nature and art. That passion led her to experiment with and create her colorful art in several mediums. This exhibit is her first solo exhibit featuring four of these mediums: Acrylic, Cold Wax, Pastel and Watercolor.

She enjoys having the versatility of having multiple options when choosing which medium to use for the subject she is creating. Her pallet knives are often her tools of choice. You will find there is one constant in all her artwork… There is never a lack of COLOR!!

The opening reception will be held on April 26 from 6-9pm.
Pikul's artworks will be on exhibit and for sale until May 18.
Admission is free. The gallery is open Monday-Saturday 10am-4pm.
